- Support the preparation of annual budgets and monthly forecasts, including revenue, costs, expenses, and CAPEX planning.
- Participate in monthly closing activities, validations, and consolidation of financial and management reports.
- Analyze and monitor operational costs and expenses, identifying trends and improvement opportunities.
- Develop management reports, P&L analyses, business cases, dashboards, and KPI monitoring tools.
- Collaborate with different business areas to ensure alignment with planned financial results and strategic goals.
- Prepare financial analyses and performance insights to support business decisions and executive discussions.
- Contribute to process improvements, financial planning efficiency, and reporting accuracy.
- Support the development of data-driven financial strategies through analytical and business-oriented approaches.
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- Knowledge of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) processes, budgeting, and forecasting routines.
- Strong analytical mindset, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to synthesize complex information and create executive-level presentations and reports.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proactive and results-oriented attitude.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace tools, especially Sheets and Presentations.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with SQL for data analysis and reporting support.
- Business acumen and the ability to work effectively in fast-paced and collaborative environments.
