Sales Development Representative - Outbound

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sales Development Representative - Outbound based in Spain.

You will join a high-growth, AI-driven SaaS environment where outbound motion plays a central role in scaling revenue and market presence. In this role, you will proactively engage with prospects through cold outreach, social selling, and strategic multi-channel prospecting to build a strong and qualified pipeline. You will work closely with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, identify high-value opportunities, and improve conversion across the funnel. Your conversations with decision-makers will directly influence go-to-market strategy and customer acquisition. This is a fast-paced, experimental environment where ownership, curiosity, and consistency are key to success. You will help shape how modern content operations are understood and adopted by leading global organizations, including brands such as SKIMS, Figma, Riot Games, Anthropic, Nordstrom, and Morning Brew.

Accountabilities:
  • Own and drive outbound pipeline generation by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn social selling.
  • Develop a deep understanding of complex SaaS value propositions and translate them into compelling messaging tailored to both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to improve lead quality, outreach effectiveness, and conversion rates.
  • Maintain accurate CRM hygiene and use sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to structure and optimize daily activity.
  • Act as a feedback loop from the market by sharing insights on prospects, objections, and trends to help refine messaging, positioning, and product direction.
  • Continuously test and iterate outreach approaches to improve response rates and pipeline performance in a rapidly evolving environment.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, business development, or outbound prospecting roles.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging across technical and executive-level audiences.
  • Proven resilience in high-volume outbound environments, with a positive attitude toward rejection and iteration.
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, or equivalent platforms.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing actively to team learning and knowledge sharing.
  • Strong curiosity for technology, especially SaaS and AI-driven products, with a willingness to continuously learn and improve.
  • Highly goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to exceed targets and build a high-quality pipeline.
