  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering, marketing, partnerships, and operations to deliver cohesive end-to-end experiences.
  • Champion innovation in emerging technologies, including AI-driven, contextual, and personalized interaction models.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in product design (UX/UI), ideally within global, consumer-facing digital or eCommerce organizations.
  • Proven experience designing and scaling high-traffic eCommerce or DTC platforms with international reach.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in UX and UI design, with measurable impact at scale.
  • Deep expertise in design strategy, systems thinking, and enterprise-level design operations.
  • Strong ability to leverage user research and data (quantitative and qualitative) to inform product decisions and optimization.
  • Experience leading distributed, cross-cultural design teams across multiple geographies.
  • Exceptional executive communication, storytelling, and stakeholder influence skills.
  • Hands-on expertise with Figma, prototyping tools, and modern design systems.
  • Solid understanding of responsive web design and core web technologies.
  • Experience designing AI-enabled, personalized, or adaptive digital experiences is highly desirable.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage multiple priorities, and deliver in fast-paced environments.
Benefits

  • Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, vision, and mental health support
  • Company-provided wellness benefits and product access perks
  • Generous paid time off, including vacation days, holidays, and wellness leave
