Licensed Massage Therapist

We're looking for knowledgeable, experienced, team player and highly motivated licensed massage therapists who are up to date on the most effective treatment trends and traditional methods while putting their clients first, focusing on personalized massage sessions and ensuring each treatment is tailored to the client's specific needs.
Responsibilities
Have a thorough understanding of anatomy and physiology.
Be knowledgeable about various massage techniques and modalities.
Provide a variety of deep tissue, sports, prenatal, Swedish, and hot stone massages in a professional and welcoming setting.
Analyzing the client's needs and designing a treatment plan to suit them best.
Ensure that the client's experience is seamless, and every treatment is 5*.
Demonstrate a strong dedication to providing outstanding treatments and experiences for members.
After each treatment, maintain a high level of cleanliness in the treatment room and surrounding areas.
Continue to meet all state regulatory bodies' requirements for intake forms, waivers, and SOAP notes.
Requirements
Active New York State Massage Therapy License or Active New York State Aesthetics License
Professional Liability Insurance
Strong understanding of industry standards
Prenatal and/or Reflexology Certification prefered
Ability to generate new business and retain clients by providing treatment programs
Evening and weekend availability a must (Full-time positions)
In depth understanding of anatomy and movement in relation to a variety of massage types
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
