Staffing Pros, a division of VETS Inc., has an opening with our client for a Field Service Engineer to support a large transit operations environment, providing IT support for their employees onsite in Scottsdale, AZ.
Key Responsibilities:
- High-volume desktop support and troubleshooting
- Ticket management and inventory tracking
- Mobile Device Management (MDM)
- Conference room and AV support
- Cisco-related support tasks
- Participation in special IT projects
Environment:
- Large campus with two buildings; role involves considerable walking between locations
- Well-documented processes and procedures
- Team-oriented environment
Schedule & On-Call:
- Standard schedule of either 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
- Site operates 24/7, so some flexibility is required
- Participation in an on-call rotation shared between two team members
- Typically a few hours of after-hours/weekend support per two-week pay period (2 weeks on and 2 weeks off)
