  • Evaluate production bids, budgets, and creative treatments to identify financial, legal, and operational risks early in the process
  • Provide guidance on intellectual property rights, talent usage rights, licensing, and clearance requirements across all content formats
  • Identify and mitigate contractual, regulatory, and production risks, ensuring compliance with advertising and marketing regulations
  • Maintain and improve systems for tracking contracts, renewals, expirations, and key legal documentation
  • Support cross-functional teams with business affairs expertise across broadcast, digital, social, influencer, and experiential campaigns
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in business affairs, contract management, legal, or compliance roles within advertising, media, or creative production environments
  • Hands-on experience drafting, negotiating, and managing contracts such as MSAs, SOWs, talent agreements, and licensing arrangements
  • Strong understanding of intellectual property law, rights management, and usage clearances in creative and media production
  • Experience working with agencies, production companies, publishers, or media platforms across digital and traditional channels
  • Familiarity with advertising, marketing, and content production workflows, including social, broadcast, and digital media execution
  • Knowledge of union and non-union production environments (e.g., SAG-AFTRA, IATSE) is highly preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple contracts and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or related field preferred (JD a plus but not required)
  • High attention to detail and strong risk assessment and problem-solving abilities
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary within the range of $75,000 – $90,000 USD depending on experience and location
  • Healthcare coverage including medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching contributions
  • Paid time off, company holidays, and parental leave benefits
  • Flexible, collaborative work environment with strong emphasis on autonomy and creativity
  • Opportunity to work on global campaigns with leading brands across multiple industries
  • Inclusive and supportive culture focused on professional growth and continuous learning
  • Exposure to cutting-edge creative production across digital, social, broadcast, and experiential formats
