  • Review and negotiate commercial contracts, partnership agreements, vendor relationships, API integrations, and other business-to-business arrangements.
  • Oversee licensing compliance for software components, open-source technologies, SDKs, media assets, and third-party content.
  • Advise on legal considerations related to artificial intelligence technologies, including liability management, training data usage, disclosure obligations, and evolving regulatory frameworks.
  • Support fundraising activities, investor relations, due diligence processes, term sheet reviews, and other corporate transactions.
  • Assess legal risks associated with new products, features, and business initiatives while recommending appropriate mitigation strategies.
Requirements
  • Degree in Law, preferably with a specialization in international, corporate, or commercial law.
  • Significant senior-level experience in corporate legal counsel, in-house legal advisory, or a comparable legal leadership role.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage legal priorities autonomously, and provide practical business-oriented legal advice.
  • Strong expertise in intellectual property law, employment law, commercial contracts, and corporate legal matters.
  • Solid understanding of data protection and privacy regulations, including GDPR and related international frameworks.
  • Experience supporting mobile applications, digital products, software platforms, or technology-driven businesses.
  • Familiarity with legal considerations surrounding software licensing, platform compliance, and emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex legal issues and translate them into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Fluent written and spoken English, with the ability to manage legal documentation and stakeholder communications in an international environment.
Benefits
  • Fully remote and flexible working arrangement.
  • Part-time engagement offering strong work-life balance.
  • Opportunity to take ownership of legal operations and influence strategic business decisions.
  • Broad exposure to international legal matters across technology, intellectual property, privacy, employment, and corporate governance.
  • Involvement in innovative products leveraging emerging technologies and AI-driven solutions.
  • Collaborative and entrepreneurial work environment with significant autonomy.
