- Provide technical support to users by identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving a wide range of software, infrastructure, and system-related issues.
- Respond to support requests in a timely manner while maintaining a high standard of customer service and user satisfaction.
- Monitor system performance and utilize diagnostic tools, logs, and monitoring platforms to investigate and resolve incidents.
- Ensure the stability, availability, and reliability of IT infrastructure and business-critical services.

- Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, and other internal teams to resolve complex technical challenges.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support, systems support, or IT operations role.
- Strong administration-level knowledge of both Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Experience using monitoring, logging, and diagnostic tools to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Hands-on experience working with Oracle databases, including SQL and PL/SQL.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL) environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
