Job Summary:
The Director of South County Home Health (SCHH) will assume responsibility for leadership functions, planning, coordinating and evaluating/improving home health services; is responsible for all day to day operations of the Home Health Agency, and for ensuring that a skilled professional is available during all operating hours. He/she is responsible for the synchronization/liaising with appropriate system Departments and Committees, including the development of policies and guidelines to streamline patient care and administrative systems. He/she directs and leads personnel who render client care services, fosters public relations, partners and plans with the hospital/other health care facilities to deliver seamless, quality post-acute care transitions. The Director of SCHH proactively identifies the services needed to efficiently and effectively deliver home care and projects staffing needs to optimize and expand the delivery of services while adhering to regulatory/insurance-based requirements.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Registered Nurse licensed in the State of Rhode Island
• Ten to twelve years’ progressive senior leadership experience required with at least eight years’ experience in home care administration or top managerial position in a multi-location environment.
• Experience within an integrated health care system preferred.

• Experience with completing feasibility studies, cost/benefit assessments, budgets, financial analysis, quality and process improvements.
