This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Manager, Field Health Economics & Reimbursement - West based in United States.

This role sits at the intersection of clinical innovation, market access, and healthcare economics, supporting the adoption of advanced vascular medical technologies across provider and hospital systems.
It focuses on educating healthcare stakeholders on reimbursement frameworks, coding, and payment pathways to improve patient access to life-changing therapies.
You will work closely with commercial teams and clinical leaders to translate complex health economic data into actionable field strategies.
The role requires strong executive presence, as you will engage with hospital leadership, physicians, and billing specialists.
You will also contribute to shaping reimbursement strategies by bringing real-world customer insights back into the organization.

Accountabilities:
  • Deliver field-based education on healthcare economics, reimbursement pathways, coding, coverage, and payment models to support customer adoption and patient access.
  • Partner closely with commercial sales teams to reinforce value messaging and support strategic account engagement with providers and hospital systems.
  • Engage and present to diverse stakeholders including physicians, hospital executives, service line leaders, billing, coding, and reimbursement teams.
  • Capture, document, and analyze customer interactions to track engagement activity and inform internal strategy and decision-making.
  • Contribute to corporate reimbursement strategies by sharing field insights, market dynamics, and customer challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, corporate policies, and healthcare industry standards in all field activities.
  • Manage travel planning and field activities efficiently while ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience, with 9+ years of relevant experience (or 6+ years with an advanced degree).
  • 5–8 years of experience in medical device or pharmaceutical field reimbursement, health economics, health policy, or related market access functions.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement systems, coding, coverage processes, and hospital financial workflows.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-impact presentations to diverse audiences, including executive-level stakeholders and clinical teams.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills across cross-functional and customer-facing environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently in fast-paced, field-based roles while managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25–30% as part of field responsibilities.
