- Deliver field-based education on healthcare economics, reimbursement pathways, coding, coverage, and payment models to support customer adoption and patient access.
- Partner closely with commercial sales teams to reinforce value messaging and support strategic account engagement with providers and hospital systems.
- Engage and present to diverse stakeholders including physicians, hospital executives, service line leaders, billing, coding, and reimbursement teams.
- Capture, document, and analyze customer interactions to track engagement activity and inform internal strategy and decision-making.
- Contribute to corporate reimbursement strategies by sharing field insights, market dynamics, and customer challenges.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, corporate policies, and healthcare industry standards in all field activities.
- Manage travel planning and field activities efficiently while ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience, with 9+ years of relevant experience (or 6+ years with an advanced degree).
- 5–8 years of experience in medical device or pharmaceutical field reimbursement, health economics, health policy, or related market access functions.
- Strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement systems, coding, coverage processes, and hospital financial workflows.
- Proven ability to deliver high-impact presentations to diverse audiences, including executive-level stakeholders and clinical teams.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills across cross-functional and customer-facing environments.
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently in fast-paced, field-based roles while managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
- Willingness to travel approximately 25–30% as part of field responsibilities.
