Outside Sales Representative (internally called Damage Consultant) Full-Time | In-Person Position West Palm Beach and Surrounding Areas $50,000 - $60,000 Base Plus Commission | OTE $100,000
Join Our Growing Southeast Florida TeamEntrusted is hiring an Outside Sales Representative (Damage Consultant) to respond to warm leads in West Palm Beach and the surrounding areas - Stuart, Jupiter, Delray Beach, Fort Lauderdale - helping homeowners recover from water, fire, and mold damage. No cold leads, you're meeting clients who already need us.
Responsibilities

• Respond to leads by visiting client homes in your service territory
• Assess damage and propose solutions clients can trust
• Build rapport through honest, informed conversation
• Follow up on open questions and next steps
• Communicate with internal team members throughout the job
• Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and integrity
• Driven, competitive, and coachable
• Comfortable with face-to-face selling
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles within a fast-paced, service-oriented industry preferred
