About This Position
Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
Sunnyhill Inc. | Fenton, MO | Full-Time, Salaried
Salary: $60,000 – $70,000/year (based on experience and qualifications)
If you’re looking for a role where you’re doing real clinical work every day, this is it. At Sunnyhill, BCaBAs develop behavior plans, train caregivers and staff, supervise RBTs, and see the direct impact of their work on the people they serve.
You’re not here to shadow someone else. You’re a valued part of the clinical team, with real responsibilities and real support to back you up. You’ll work under direct BCBA supervision that’s consistent, collaborative, and focused on helping you grow.
What It’s Like HereHere’s something we’re proud of: our RBTs rate their relationships with BCaBA supervisors at 3.6 to 3.7 out of 4.0 on satisfaction surveys, and that number has been consistent across three quarters. That tells you two things. The BCaBAs here know how to lead. And the organization gives them what they need to do well.
Sunnyhill is an established organization serving children, adolescents, and adults with autism and related developmental disabilities. The work is hands-on, meaningful, and supported by a team that genuinely cares about outcomes for the people we serve and for each other.
