Position: Human Resources Director

The Human Resources Director is responsible for leading and managing the Human Resource department. This role is critical to shaping and supporting organizational strategies, enhancing company culture, and ensuring HR compliance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of ADP systems and functionality
  • Lead and manage the HR department including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, compliance, and payroll.
  • Oversee employee evaluation program
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
  • Develop reports to manage data from all HR representatives
  • Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
  • Manage employee relations including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
  • Collaborate with department managers to develop training programs that enhance employee skills.
  • Conduct audits to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of HR processes.
  • Lead efforts to promote a positive, inclusive, and compliant workplace culture.
  • Oversee payroll processes to ensure accurate and timely compensation.
  • Report to senior management on personnel performance, trends, and HR initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience with ADP platforms, including payroll and HRIS modules
  • 5–7 years of HR leadership experience, preferably in a multi-site organization.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and software, including MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Full Time 

Pay: $95,000.00 to $120,000.00
