Assistant Warehouse Manager at Nth Degree – St. George, Utah

We are looking to add an Assistant Warehouse Manager to our St. George operations team. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. The ideal candidate will be able to collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure deadlines are met, safety protocols are followed and will be able to lead a team to meet organizational targets. This role is key in delivering excellent service levels.

You will report directly to the GM. Position does require being onsite full time. Must be comfortable working some nights and weekends as needed to support shows.

Pay is $50-55K.

What you’ll do:

• Coordinate receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
• Ensure all equipment is accounted for and maintained.
• Implement, follow, and enhance SOP policies and procedures.
• Fulfill trade show and event equipment orders in a timely and effective manner.
• Loading and unloading warehouse shipments while maximizing load efficiently and minimizing damage. 
• Ensure vehicle maintenance, registrations, and administrative compliance. 
• Manage Warehouse inventory and assets.
• Other responsibilities assigned as needed.

Who You Are:

• Experience in trade shows or related industries preferred.
• Track record of exceptional customer service, externally and internally.
• Proven understanding of transportation, distribution, and logistics.
• Ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines.
• Highly motivated, self-starter who’s flexible and has a positive attitude. 
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with exceptional planning and follow-through abilities.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for several hours at a time.
• At least 3 years of experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Comfortable working nights and weekends as needed.
