Job Description

The Digital Strategy Team is the voice of the customer for United Bank’s digital channels. We champion intuitive, secure, and innovative digital experiences that help our customers manage money confidently. As a Digital Product Associate, you will begin your career at the intersection of technology, customer experience, and financial services. This role is ideal for a recent graduate who is curious, analytical, and eager to learn how digital products are built, managed, and improved. You’ll gain hands-on experience supporting our Online and Mobile Banking platforms while working alongside experienced digital, technology, and business leaders who are invested in your growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer Experience & Communication
• Partner with teammates to help translate digital strategy into customer-facing experiences.
• Support customer communications related to new or enhanced digital features.
• Serve as the vanguard for the bank's evolving channel experiences to enable customers to manage their finances, plan and budget for the future.

Digital Platform Support
• Support the day-to-day administration of Online and Mobile Banking features such as Bill Pay, Zelle®, Transfers, Alerts, Mobile Deposit, and Money Movement.
• Help ensure digital tools function smoothly and meet customer and business needs.
• Assist with testing, documenting, and deploying new features and enhancements.

Collaboration & Project Exposure
• Support digital initiatives by assisting with planning, tracking, and coordination.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners (technology, marketing, operations, vendors) on multiple initiatives across the organization.
• Learn how digital projects are delivered in a regulated financial environment.

Growth & Development
• Learn how to analyze customer needs and translate them into clear requirements.
• Help monitor performance metrics and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
• Take on increasing responsibility over time, including leading smaller initiatives as you develop.

Additional Responsibilities
• Participate in team brainstorming and innovation discussions.
• Support special projects and other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; master’s degree is highly desired.
• Internship or project experience in banking, fintech, digital marketing, product management, or technology preferred.
• Two years of working experience in digital commerce strategies, technology digital marketing, agency management or Fintech partnerships is required; Experience in retail or commercial banking is highly desired.
• Exposure to mobile apps, websites, or digital platforms (academic or professional).
• Ability to learn quickly, manage multiple priorities, and follow through on commitments.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, the ability to manage time and resources to meet assigned deadlines is critical.
• Ability to interpret customer and business needs and translate them into requirements.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
