Are you a hands-on problem solver who enjoys keeping things running smoothly? Join our team as a Maintenance Technician, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining the safety, functionality, and comfort of our community.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, grounds, apartment homes, and equipment.
• Assist with preventative maintenance programs and emergency on-call services.
• Support fire safety and disaster preparedness procedures.
• Provide security services during business hours.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment during inclement weather.
• Interact with residents and staff in a courteous and professional manner.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Interest in working with a senior population.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Basic technical and mechanical skills, including knowledge of construction principles.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate maintenance tools and equipment.

• Read and interpret safety rules, manuals, and instructions.
• Write reports and communicate clearly with staff and residents.
• Perform basic math functions (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• Apply common sense to solve problems and follow instructions.

• Ability to stand, walk, sit, climb, balance, stoop, crawl, or kneel.
• Lift up to 100 pounds.
• Work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Exposure to chemicals and residents with varying health conditions.
