Rolfson Oil is a trusted leader in fuel distribution, known for reliability, performance, and service excellence across the energy sector. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep and operational integrity of our employee housing and company-owned properties in Odessa, Texas.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the functionality and safety of company-managed residential units. This hands-on role involves a variety of routine and emergency maintenance tasks with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

• Perform routine maintenance, including but not limited to electrical, mechanical, and plumbing repairs

• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues proactively

• Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance requests

• Repair and install major appliances (e.g., stoves, refrigerators, washers, dryers)

• Conduct minor carpentry work, including interior and exterior doors, drywall repairs, and painting

• Maintain pool operations (CPO certification preferred)

• Support HVAC maintenance and repairs (Certification required)

• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies

• 3–5 years of hands-on apartment or facility maintenance experience

• In-depth knowledge of general maintenance repair and services

• Experience with PEX piping systems

• HVAC Certification required

• Pool certification is a plus

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and climb ladders safely

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Must be flexible and available to work weekends as needed
