Today we are looking for a Full Time - Year Round Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Colony Village Apartments in New Bern, NC!

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM day shift hours, on-call 1 week every 2 weeks
Full Time - Year Round work. No layoffs and overtime potential available!
What we are offering:
- Up to $32/ HR
- Yearly raises up to 5%
- Quarterly maintenance bonus structure, up to $4,000.00 Per Year!
- On-Call Bonus, $100.00 a week when on-call. Min 1.5 hours of pay for any call.
- $50.00 On Call Bonus paid per day for any major holiday worked

Qualifications:
- 4+ years' experience in maintenance including 3+ years' experience in multifamily housing
- Extensive knowledge of plumbing including sweating copper pipes
- Extensive knowledge of electrical including switches, outlets and light fixtures
- Extensive appliance repair/ diagnostic experience
- Painting and drywall patching experience
- Basic computer skills for ordering, emails and navigating work order software (Yardi)
- Previous direct leadership experience in a maintenance setting with 300+ units
- Ability to manage a maintenance budget and effectively manage tasks
- Extensive hands on HVAC experience and certification (EPA or HVAC Cert Required)
- Ability to provide excellent customer service to our residents
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to help with emergency on call phone coverage
A maintenance skills assessment is administered during the interview process for this position
This role requires pre-employment screenings that include a criminal background check and a drug screening (we do not check for THC).
