Job Title: Housekeeper

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our hotel team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms and public areas, as well as managing laundry services to ensure a high standard of hygiene and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to hotel standards.

- Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required.

- Perform laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens and garments.

- Ensure all cleaning supplies and laundry materials are stocked and organized.

- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management promptly.

- Assist in inventory management of cleaning and laundry supplies.

- Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest requests in a timely manner.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

- Good time management skills and ability to work independently.

- Physical stamina to perform cleaning and laundry tasks.

- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
