Account Manager -Custom Integration at DOW Technologies – Duluth, Georgia

Territory-Based | Full-Time | On-Site with Travel

In this role, you’ll focus on growing sales, managing accounts, and identifying new business opportunities—either self-generated or via our external partners. • Strategically manage and grow accounts within your assigned territory
• Develop new customer relationships while nurturing existing ones
• Consistently increase territory profitability and customer engagement
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, online meetings, and in-person visits
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver top-tier service and solutions
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
• Travel regularly within your territory, with occasional overnight or extended trips

• Highly motivated self starter and drive to succeed
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
• Technologically savvy; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Willingness and ability to travel, including air travel

• Capable of sitting at a desk or driving for extended periods
• Able to lift and handle up to 75 lbs. as needed
• Must work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
