Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Home Care Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure the highest quality of care, and strengthen our presence within the community.

The Home Care Manager will lead and coordinate all aspects of home care services, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards while providing strong leadership to the caregiving team. This role also involves building meaningful relationships with prospective clients and families by guiding them through our services, addressing their needs, and helping them confidently begin care with our team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and administrative staff to coordinate services

  • Conduct intake calls and in-home assessments for prospective clients

  • Maintain a referral pipeline

  • Conduct regular home visits to ensure quality of care and client satisfaction

  • Maintain a professional presence in the community

  • Ensure compliance with state regulations and company protocols

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of care services

  • Manage scheduling and assignments for caregivers, ensuring proper coverage and efficient service delivery

  • Oversee interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of new caregivers to meet client demand

  • Manage, train, and support caregiving staff, ensuring adherence to care plans and company policies

  • Monitor caregiver performance and provide feedback for improvement

  • Assist in marketing efforts


The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in marketing/referral conversion

  • Thrives in a fast-paced work environment

  • Adapts to change and adjust strategies and workflows in response to evolving organizational priorities

  • Experience in home care or a related healthcare field

  • Supervisory experience in the health care industry

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Compassionate and dedicated to delivering high-quality care
