About the Role
As a key member of our recruitment team, you will support our Senior Account Managers by:
Screening resumes and shortlisting suitable candidates
Contacting applicants to arrange interviews and provide updates
Preparing and distributing candidate applications to Senior Account Managers
Assisting with general recruitment administration and maintaining candidate records
This role offers valuable exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes in a supportive and professional environment.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
Highly organised and detail-oriented
Confident communicating with candidates and team members
A strong multitasker with excellent time management skills
Keen to learn and grow within the HR and recruitment field
Previous experience in administration or customer service is advantageous, but not essential — full training will be provided.
