M-F - 5:30PM - 2AM

Pepsi MidAmerica, located in Marion, IL, is now hiring for a PM Foreman to oversee and lead daily production line operations. This position is responsible for maximizing efficiency, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a safe and positive work environment.

Foreman Job Duties:

• Operate and manage assigned production line to achieve maximum efficiency and quality standards.
• Supervise all employees working on the assigned line, providing leadership, direction, and support as needed.
• Perform production line start-up procedures to ensure timely and efficient operation of equipment.
• Assist line employees with assigned tasks during problem periods to maintain consistent production flow.
• Oversee the training and preventive maintenance of all production line equipment, issuing work orders to Maintenance as needed.
• Complete and review daily production and downtime reports to identify and resolve performance issues.
• Enforce all safety policies and procedures to promote a safe and compliant work environment.
• Maintain clear communication and strong working relationships with production employees and management.
• Collaborate with other departments, including Shipping and Receiving, to support overall production efficiency.
• Report any equipment, personnel, or operational issues to the Production Superintendent promptly.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
• Committed to maintaining a safe, efficient, and team-oriented work environment
• Must live in or around the Marion, IL area
