Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Patient Services Coordinator to join our front desk team. This role is the first point of contact for our patients and plays a key part in creating a smooth, professional, and welcoming experience from arrival through check-out.
We are willing to train the right candidate who is dependable, professional, and eager to learn in a fast-paced medical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients in a friendly and professional manner
Verify patient demographics, insurance, and required documentation
Schedule and coordinate patient appointments accurately
Collect co-pays, balances, and required forms at check-in/check-out
Provide clear communication to patients regarding appointments, policies, and next steps
Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record system
Ensure patient flow at the front desk remains organized and efficient
Assist patients with questions, directions, and general support
Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to support daily operations

Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior experience in a medical office or front desk role preferred, but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Comfortable working with electronic systems and scheduling software
Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
Customer service-focused with a calm and positive demeanor
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
