Service Writer | Dealership in Ft. Wright, Kentucky at Performance Lexus Northern Kentucky

Compensation:

• $55,000 - $80,000 per year (based on experience & drive!)
• Commision Based

Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 8am – 6pm
• Saturdays (with a weekday off that week)
• 40 + hours per week

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with service check-in
• Communicate with technicians and explain vehicle issues and service needs to customers
• Recommend appropriate services and products
• Set clear expectations regarding time and cost estimates
• Manage repair orders from start to finish
• Ensure customer satisfaction at pickup
• Maintain strong CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or Service Writer (preferred but not required)
• High school diploma or GED (preferred)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Performance Lexus Northern Kentucky is a drugfree
• Computer skills (navigate multiple windows at a time, data entry, and able to learn new systems required!)
