As our newest Tennis Pro, you’ll deliver dynamic programs, energize our junior and adult players, and help grow the game both on and off the court. From teaching lessons to leading leagues, coordinating events, and supporting club initiatives, you’ll be a key part of creating memorable experiences for our members.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES· Coach private lessons, junior & adult programs, and seasonal camps· Assist or lead leagues, ladders, and tournaments· Help organize and attend exciting social tennis events· Provide excellent customer service and safety supervision· Contribute to program development and evaluation· Build lasting relationships with members, fellow coaches, and tennis partners like Tennis Canada and Tennis BCREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE· Certified: Tennis Canada Instructor or International equivalent· Experienced: 2–5+ years in tennis coaching or instruction· Personable & Professional: Strong communicator with great people skills· Organized & Motivated: Detail-oriented and able to work flexibly, including evenings/weekends· Team Player: Thrives in a collaborative, dynamic environment· Bonus: First Aid certified or willing to obtain, clear criminal record checkJericho Tennis Club offers full extended health and dental benefits at no cost to employees.
