FP&A Manager, Senior in Arlington, Texas at Salcomp Manufacturing USA

Lead and oversee the budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis processes. Provide strategic insights that drive optimal financial health and alignment with Salcomp’s growth objectives. Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams—Supply Chain, Operations, Sales—to support data‑driven decision-making and business performance.

• Lead annual budget and rolling forecasts; build and maintain long‑term strategic financial plans

• Develop and update dynamic financial models (cost analysis, profitability, ROI scenarios)

• Monitor key financial and operational KPIs; conduct variance and trend analysis

• Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership

• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain and Sales to align financial forecasts with business objectives

• Conduct cost accounting—including raw materials, labor, production overhead—and streamline reporting processes

• Evaluate capital expenditure proposals and ROI to support investment decisions

• Drive efficiency through financial reporting automation and process improvements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field (CPA, CFA, MBA preferred)

• 5+ years in FP&A, financial analysis, or accounting—preferably in manufacturing

• Expert-level Excel skills; experience with ERP/financial reporting systems

• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and forecasting capabilities

• Excellent written/verbal communication—able to translate complex data for non-financial stakeholders

• Demonstrated leadership ability; comfortable managing projects in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management, and supply chain finance is a plus
