Personal Training Manager at City Fitness - Philadelphia – Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

City Fitness is looking for a location specific Manager, to drive profits, provide leadership and ensure the overall successful and profitable operation of one location’s Training Department. This role works closely with the supporting staff to enhance the member experience and increase revenues through creditable and effective fitness programming that leads to fitness results and ongoing member engagement.

• Must be 18 years or older
• High School, GED, or Equivalency
• Current nationally recognized personal training certification
• Active CPR certification
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Prior experience in leadership, staff development or management role

Supervisory Responsibility

This position serves as the immediate supervisor to all Coaches and Coordinators within the department for specific location. This role is responsible for the overall profitability, performance, and day-to-day operation of the entire training department within a location.

Salary

Salary + Incentive Pay $55,000 - $90,000 annually
