Understands customers' needs and exceeds their expectations by introducing them to our menu and executing their orders successfully from beginning to the end.

Packages and assists with preparation before and after events.

Coordinates with restaurant staff regarding current and future orders.

Attends to customers over the phone and walk-ins.

Upsells and promotes during each order.

Menu drops, provides in-house sampling, and does catering promotion.

Pre-stages for future orders and keeping track of inventory.

Helps in-house when there are no catering orders to prep for.

Creates a positive guest experience by delivering a high level of service and ensuring all staff member engage guests to understand their needs and, exceed expectations.
