Job Description
Lake Regional Health System is looking for a dedicated, professional Phlebotomist to join our Medical Oncology Clinic team. With our state-of-the-art hospital and network of clinics, therapy sites, and pharmacies, Lake Regional offers a wide range of employment opportunities in our community.
You will be required to collect and obtain specimens, assure the integrity of the specimen, prepare the specimen for testing, refer the specimen to reference laboratories, and assist technologists with moderately complex testing.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required or equivalent.
- Annual influenza vaccine are required.
- Looking for a team player with the willingness to take initiative to complete tasks.
- Previous blood draw experience is strongly preferred.
- This position handles blood and blood products throughout the hospital.
