CAH- Information Systems -Cybersecurity and Product Development Manager – Full-Time- Days - 8a-4:30p - Req 7769
Pay range: $52.09-$69.02*
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Management or associated discipline, and three years of progressive experience; or Associates Degree and six years of progressive experience; or ten years of progressively responsible experience.

Experience in Health Care systems is preferred.

Demonstrates good written and verbal communication skills.

Required to interact with all levels of staff, physicians, and vendors.
Reports to: CIO
Supervises: Directly supervises programmer analysts and cybersecurity analysts within the IT department with indirect oversight over other IT staff as needed.
Job Goal: The Cybersecurity and Product Development Manager is responsible for overseeing the development of software products and ensuring the security of IT systems across the organization. This role manages the programming team, drives product innovation, and implements robust cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive information.

Physical Requirements (based on essential functions):
Occasionally lifts cartons of paper weighing 40 pounds. Occasionally pushes/pulls cartons of paper weighing 40 pounds a distance of 5 feet or less. Occasionally stoops/bends, squats, kneels, climbs stairs, reaches at or below shoulder height. 100% of workday is spent indoors. 10% of workday is spent standing, 10% walking, and 80% sitting. Occasionally lifts and carries up to 50 pounds.
Special Equipment, Skills, or other Requirements: Computer terminals, printers, and processors, software programming.
Work Environment and Hazards: General office environment.
