*Looking for LPN's for FT Nights or Weekend Warriors (F/S/S)

MAKE UP TO AN ADDITIONAL $5000 ANNUALLY BASED OFF OF A 40hr WORK WEEK!!!!!! (This includes ALL hours on the floor in the SNF, not just limited to 40hrs or less and the BONUS will be paid out at each payroll)

Sign-on Bonus for 2nd & 3rd shifts - FT - $3000/PT - $1000

Make up to $32.50/hr (We offer a competitive wage scale based on experience)

LPN - Responsible and accountable for the delivery of patient care. Applicants must demonstrate the ability to make clinical judgments in an effective and efficient manner with supervision. LPNs will assess, plan, implement and evaluate Resident care while displaying excellent customer service.

Required or obtain within the first 2 months of employment: American Heart Association/Basic Life Support
