Social Worker in Bennington , Vermont at Southwestern Vermont Health Care

The Social Worker provides social work services to SVMC's patients in either the ED or inpatient units.

Requirements:

• Two (2) years social work experience in a community, home health, or outpatient practice setting required.
• Knowledge of a variety of local, state, and federal resources required.
• Expertise in advanced care planning strongly preferred.
• Experience with interventions with adults, families, and children strongly preferred.
• Valid license in social work, vocational rehabilitation, substance abuse counseling, or related field required.
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance required.
• Bachelors Degree required, MSW strongly preferred.
