Patient Access Scheduler at Hannibal Regional Hospital – Hannibal, Missouri

- High School Diploma or GED required

- One year healthcare registration preferred

- Experience in certification/verification of insurance preferred

- Strong communication skills, verbal, written, and visual

- Demonstrated clerical skills including telephone, filing, customer services, office equipment and data input.

- Strong organization skills including independent problem resolution and establish priorities

- Basic Medical Terminology preferred or competent within three months of employment

- Ability to obtain certification within Access Management with one year
