Bath Coordinator at Lifetime Windows and Siding – Denver, Colorado

Lifetime Home Remodeling is seeking a customer-focused Bath Coordinator to join our Denver team. As the Bath Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest level of customer service and operational efficiency for our Lifetime Bath and Shower division. This position requires strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills to handle various coordination tasks across project management, scheduling, CRM management, and customer relations.

Responsibilities

• Customer Communication: Answer all incoming calls from customers, installers, vendors, and directors with urgency and provide effective resolution.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in CRM systems, ensuring efficient project tracking and documentation.
• Scheduling Coordination: Efficiently coordinate scheduling for Measure Techs, Installers, and Service Techs, ensuring timelines align with material deliveries and project deadlines.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with vendors on material timelines, coordinate with warehouse associates for timely deliveries, and work closely with installers on project scheduling and issue resolution.
• File Management: Keep all project files organized and updated daily, including vendor receipts, invoices, installer documentation, project drawings, and notes.
• Goal Achievement: Schedule projects to meet growth projections and installation goals while maintaining a keen eye on project margins.
• Multitasking & Problem-Solving: Handle multiple tasks simultaneously by ensuring efficient scheduling of installations, measures, and services. Address escalated customer concerns and unforeseen project or vendor issues with professionalism and tact.
• Reporting: Provide weekly updates to the Project Manager, including any project accolades, customer feedback, or issues. Share margin and cost insights with the director.
• Consistent Customer Updates: Communicate with customers regularly on material status, project updates, and any scheduling adjustments.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 1 year of CRM management experience and 5 years of customer service experience (phone or in-person preferred).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate empathetically and effectively with customers, maintaining a focus on resolution.
• Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking ability to handle complex scheduling and project coordination with attention to detail.
