13-Week Temporary Assignment*
3-12 hour shifts per week (6:30P-7A)
Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend
Holiday: One Major Holiday

Position Purpose and Summary:

Under the general supervision and according to established policies and procedures, initiates and administers the full range of respiratory care modalities. This includes applying clinical assessments and diagnostic results to the care plan of the patient.

Education/Experience:

• Completion of an approved Respiratory Therapy program and successful completion of the certification and/or registry exams through the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC). Requires current Indiana Respiratory Care Practitioner’s license.
• Must maintain all educational requirements for renewal of license and maintain credentials.
• Must possess current CPR certification in accordance with the American Heart Association BLS for healthcare providers program. ACLS, NRP certifications recommended.
• Two (2) years of acute care experience required.
