Summary/Objective

The Cooler Service Admin – Equipment Planning & Inventory Control is responsible for the planning and tracking of equipment movement. This includes working with management and several other teams to ensure work is completed and properly documented.

Primary Responsibilities

• Work with Management and Sales personnel to plan equipment movement work
• Communicate with cooler mover personnel to ensure that work is completed as planned
• Enter equipment movement records into eoStar for proper tracking
• Track all equipment installs and process necessary reports for management
• Maintain a clean work area
• Maintain positive customer relations
• Any other duties deemed necessary

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required

Additional Qualifications and Competencies

• Self-motivated
• Strong verbal communication skills, especially phone
• Able to work in a team environment
• General computer knowledge, ability to learn EoStar software
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Work Environment

This position requires exposure to all seasonal weather conditions, traffic noise, automotive fumes, and cramped quarters.?
