Join us at Vizmeg Landscape for a hands‑on snow removal skills assessment and hiring event — earn $20 on the spot for your participation!

• Date: Wednesday, November 18, 2026

• Time: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM

• Location: Vizmeg Landscape - 778 McCauley Rd., Suite 100, Stow, OH 44224

• Format: Interviews with hiring managers and hands-on skills assessments to follow! Skill assessments may include, but are not limited to, skid steer and snow blower operation, shoveling, safety pre-checks on equipment, and other snow removal activities. *All assessments will be conducted in accordance with Vizmeg Landscape's safety practices, and PPE will be provided as necessary*

• Earn $20 on the spot upon successful completion!

Snow Shovelers – $22–$28/hour

• Outdoor physical work removing snow from streets, driveways, and properties

• No experience required — just a strong work ethic, safety awareness, and willingness to learn

Snow Removal Equipment Operators – $28–$50/hour

• Operate skid steers, plow trucks, loaders, salt trucks, or other snow removal equipment

• Experience required; pay based on skill level and equipment type

• Those with shoveling or equipment operation experience

• Individuals seeking seasonal outdoor work

• Candidates with open availability to be on-call 24/7 during snow season (Nov. to March)

• Those with the ability to work in extreme weather and lift 50+ lbs

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required, as well as the ability to pass a pre-employment background check, motor vehicle report and drug test

• Bring a valid driver's license and resume (or be prepared to write down work history)

• Wear work and weather‑appropriate clothing, including closed-toe shoes

• Arrive early to allow time for filling out paperwork and networking
