ShiftMonday – Friday; 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; occasional evenings and/or weekends based on unit needs.

Job SummaryThe College of Arts and Sciences is seeking an administrative professional to facilitate and coordinate the work of the College’s Philanthropy team in support of fundraising priorities and alumni and donor relations.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Serving as the executive assistant to the Senior Director of Philanthropy
  • Managing and planning operations within the college’s philanthropy unit.
  • Coordinating the input of development officers’ reports and strategies for cultivation/solicitation/stewardship.
  • Analyzing and producing monthly status reports for the Senior Director of Philanthropy and tracking progress toward annual goals.
  • Creating and producing reports for the Dean, Associate Deans, and Department Chairs or unit directors in support stewardship and strategic cultivation of donors.
  • Assisting in managing college events related to donor recognition, stewardship and annual fundraising activities.
  • Supporting the Dean and Director of Philanthropy in their interaction with donors/prospects.
  • Working with the college business office and Office of Philanthropy to assist with gift account management and creation of gift agreements.
  • Coordinating travel and expense reports.
