What will you do as a Team Member?

As a Team Member, you will work with management staff to provide our guests with delicious food served fast and friendly in a clean, safe, and inviting facility. This includes:

• Taking orders from guests
• Preparing food made to order
• Maintaining a clean and safe facility

What qualifications do we require?

• Positive mental attitude
• Excellent guest service skills
• Ability to accurately and efficiently take and prepare guest orders
• Ability to cleanly and safely manage and prep food
• Ability to follow Arby’s policies and procedures
• Ability to use computers, telephones, and other equipment as needed
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast paced environment
• Drive for personal and professional growth and success
• Willingness to work hard, have fun, and do what it takes to get it done!

What qualifications do we prefer?

• Experience in a similar position
• Ability to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends and holidays
