About This Position
Join our growing team! Chick-fil-A Colerain is looking for an experienced Shift Supervisor to lead the Chick-fil-A Colerain team in high performance operations. We hire the friendliest people who have a heart for customer service and want to work in a community-minded restaurant setting.
Duties & Responsibilities

- Lead morning, afternoon, or evening shifts by overseeing kitchen and front-line activities to ensure that the Chick-fil-A Colerain team is operating at a level of excellence
- Diffuse disagreements or matters of contention between Chick-fil-A Colerain team members or guests
- Ensure that morning, afternoon, and evening check-lists are completed and that necessary measures are taken in order to run a shift smoothly
- Set the example when it comes to best-practice procedural operations, cleanliness, and organization
- Monitor, track and secure all cash-handling operations for the shift
- Assist and supervise front-line and kitchen team members by aiding in operational tasks and filling in where needed
- Work with Catering Manager to ensure that all delivery and pick-up orders are completed on time
- Comply with all Chick-fil-A Colerain rules and regulations to promote a safe and productive work atmosphere
- Report any guest or employee complaints to Director of Operations when necessary
- Collaborate with Marketing Director by encouraging employees to cooperate in sales competitions and marketing goals
- Commitment to our Restaurant Vision
- Previous Chick-fil-A experience and expertise in working both front line and kitchen operations
- Proven leadership skills in regard to ability to lead a team in stressful times with a calm and collected attitude
- Desire to grow business and personal skills while thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible, accountable, and organized
- Ability to improve and grow team members through encouragement and setting an example
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with Managers, Directors, and Operator to fulfill business needs
- Positive attitude
- ServSafe Manager Certification (can be obtained after hiring)
