York Hospital is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our Team!

The Phlebotomist is responsible for performing a variety of functions, including phlebotomy and administrative/clerical duties that ultimately create an exceptional patient experience by fulfilling their laboratory needs.

Some essential duties include:

• Performs phlebotomy in our inpatient, outpatient and Emergency departments.
• Obtains test orders from offices as necessary
• Resolves ambiguous or late results from reference labs
• finalize reference lab results
• Receive specimens from offices and distributes test results
• Register and greet patients

Requirements: We require a High School diploma or equivalent and previous phlebotomy experience.
