Job Title: Accounts Receivable Manager

Reports To: Controller

Classification: Non-Exempt

Location: On-Site

Job Duties:

? Ensure timely collection of receivables for B2B and DTC.

? Identify and communicate problem receivables/vendors

? Communicate regularly with third-party receivables/payables, vendors and respond to requests

for accounts receivable statements and confirmations.

? Research, correct, and apply all cash receipts to the appropriate invoices.

? Understand all relevant agreements, contracts, and notices, in relation to payment terms, billing

requirements, etc.

? Apply payments from web-based payment platforms, and bank statement.

? Assist with disputes from web-based payment platforms.

? Process credit card payments from B2B customers on bank platform.

? Pull down weekly bank statements/complete remote deposit

? Ability to create strong interdepartmental relationships.

? Payment plan/negotiation experience

? Create monthly/quarterly bad debt recommendations

? Create journal entries/credit memos when necessary

? Ability to analyze credit reports in depth/Set credit limits for new customers

? Manage 3 direct reports

Experiences and Qualifications

? 5-7 years of management experience in Accounts Receivable with big box retailers (Walmart,

Costco, etc.) and Amazon

? Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.

? Strong verbal/written communication skills.

? Stripe, Paypal and Genesis or other DTC payment platform experience a plus.

? Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

? Netsuite experience a plus.

? Quickbooks experience a plus.

Salary Range: $70,000-$80,000, depending on experience, education and skills.
