Job Description
The Ambulatory Registration director plays a pivotal role in ensuring efficient and accurate patient registration processes across clinic settings. This role requires a strategic leader who can oversee the Golden Valley - Clinton registration department, streamline operations, and ensure compliance with healthcare, federal and state regulations. This person will also assist and support outlying clinic registration teams by providing training and quality assurance feedback. The Ambulatory Registration director will collaborate closely with clinical and administrative teams to optimize patient flow, enhance the patient experience, and maintain high standards of data integrity.
The Ambulatory Registration director is instrumental in shaping the patient's first impression and overall experience with the hospital and clinic. This position requires a blend of leadership, operational excellence, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent
Three to five years' experience in related field
One to three years' supervisory experience
Bachelor's degree preferred
