• Native-level, C2 proficiency in English
• ESL/TEFL/CELTA certification or degree equivalent
• Completed Bachelor's Degree
• 100+ hours teaching experience
• 30 MBs of Internet or higher
• Computer with audio and video, headset
• Location outside of Costa Rica
• Valid Passport (International ID) is required as part of employment, even if working remotely outside Costa Rica.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience working in business
• Master's degree
• Previous experience teaching/living abroad
• B1 CEFR level proficiency in Spanish
