Conveys a positive image of Carle and provides information to patients so they may fully utilize and benefit from clinic services. Ensures timely flow of patients, maintains unit patient care supplies, documents and assists physicians and nurses to provide optimal care to patients and families. Responsible for appointment scheduling and chart management. High School degree or equivalent. Successful completion of institutional PCA training program or its equivalent. Completion of Medical Terminology within one year of employment.
