  • As a Master or Level “A” Service Technician, you will diagnose and repair customer vehicles, handling major components and replacing parts as needed. Extensive experience with a specific manufacturer’s vehicles and relevant certifications is essential, covering areas such as engine systems, electrical systems, and drivability.
    **Key Responsibilities: **
    • Perform repairs efficiently and accurately, following dealership and factory standards.
    • Inspect assigned vehicles for additional safety or service needs.
    • Document all work and communicate any additional repair needs to the service advisor.
    • Conduct road tests to verify successful repairs when applicable.
    • Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge of new technologies.
    • Maintain the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) at or above specified goals.
    • Ensure warranty claims are completed accurately and efficiently.
    • Report any conditions that could jeopardize safety or dealership integrity.
    • Assist and train novice technicians as needed.
    • Comply with all regulations regarding safety and hazardous materials.
    **Qualifications: **
    • ASE and manufacturer certifications preferred.
    • Prior automotive technician experience required.
    • Basic tools and strong technical skills are necessary.
    • Must be a team player and at least eighteen years old.
    • Valid driver’s license and the ability to pass background and drug tests are required.
