About This Position
- Greeting and assisting customers with questions, recommendations and reaching for items.
- Support customers in any situation of emergency and accident and inform manager/supervisor immediately.
- Daily placement of merchandise to make it available to customers.
- Handle and prepare live seafood products.
- Wrapping, packaging, labeling products
- Stocking and maintaining the live seafood display.
- Carrying out stock rotation
- Proceed customer product orders and special-order product requests.
- Order and receive stock in accordance with company inventory control procedures as required.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment as per Company requirements.
- Comply and implement all applicable company standards.
- Comply with all Food Safety Protocols, Standard Operating Procedures, Health and Safety, company policies, and other programs and initiatives.
- Participate in the training of junior staff.
- Other duties as required.
