Are you a motivated and detail-oriented professional with a passion for the finance industry? We are seeking a dynamic Sales Leader to join our team and play a key role in helping clients achieve their homeownership goals. If you have a strong understanding of loan processes, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you!
What you'll do
- Lead from the front: oversee a team of loan officers and set the standard in production, communication, and work ethic.
- Own the numbers: drive pipeline performance, track conversion metrics, and ensure every LO is accountable to their goals.
- Coach up or call out: deliver real feedback, consistent mentorship, and performance plans to help your team grow or move out.
- Work across teams: partner with Operations to improve workflows, shorten timelines, and close more deals.
- Recruit and build: attract top-producing loan officers and help shape a culture of excellence, ownership, and execution.
Qualifications
- 4+ years in mortgage lending, with a deep understanding of products, pricing, and loan structures
- 1+ year leading sales teams: you’ve built and led producers before, and know how to spot winners
- A builder’s mindset: self-starter with a bias for action and results, not excuses
- Tech fluency: you’re confident in pipeline tools, CRM (Salesforce, Go High Level, etc.), and digital lead tracking and can read basic reporting
- Strong communication: you speak with clarity, lead with transparency, and know how to motivate high performers
- Active NMLS license required
