If you love helping people, staying organized, and thrive on being the go-to person in a team – we want to meet you! We need a full time Recepcionist willing to do long hours and work weekends.
What You’ll Be Doing:

* Welcoming customers with a smile (yes, even over the phone!)

* Handling incoming calls, & making warm and follow up calls.

* Scheduling appointments and keeping our calendar on track

* Process payments

* Supporting our agents and making sure things run smoothly

* Speaking Spanish and English daily to serve our diverse community

* Maintain a clean and organized office

* Promote and market the agency in the community and online

* Take care of daily bank deposits
